Yin Yoga Classes

Yin Yoga is a gentle and profound practice inspired by Taoist philosophy.

Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga encourages slowing down and taking the time to explore each posture in depth. Poses are held for several minutes to engage the fascia and connective tissues, while promoting relaxation and introspection. Through this slow and mindful approach, Yin Yoga develops body awareness, breath control, and the ability to release tension. Each posture becomes a moment of observation and presence, allowing the body to naturally become more flexible and the mind to find peace.

Our Yin Yoga classes in Paris's 15th arrondissement are open to anyone who wants to take a moment to slow down, relax, and reconnect with their body. Every Friday from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, Claire guides you through a gentle and profound practice, based on postures held for several minutes to promote relaxation and flexibility.

The classes are accessible to all levels . Whether you are discovering Yin Yoga for the first time or wish to deepen your practice, you will benefit from attentive and progressive guidance.

Each posture is adapted to individual body type and needs through the use of props and variations. In a calm and supportive atmosphere , these Yin Yoga classes in Paris offer a true moment of respite for body and mind .

Claire teaches Yin Yoga with a gentle and mindful approach, focused on listening to the body and promoting well-being. Also a massage therapist and babywearing instructor, she places great importance on breath, relaxation, and movement awareness. In her classes, she invites everyone to slow down, release tension, and explore the postures in depth.
