Gentle Gym & Pilates Classes

Gentle exercise and Pilates are physical practices that aim to strengthen the body from within while respecting its natural balance. Through slow, controlled movements and a particular focus on breathing, these disciplines improve posture, mobility, and body awareness. The work focuses especially on the deep muscles, essential for supporting the spine and stabilizing the body in daily life.
Accessible to all, Gentle Gym and Pilates offer a moment to reconnect with your body, release tension and develop strength, flexibility and well-being in a progressive and respectful approach.

Gentle Gym/Pilates class, Thursdays from 12:15 to 13:15

Our Gentle Gym & Pilates classes on Thursday lunchtimes are open to anyone who wants to gently maintain their fitness and rediscover a more balanced movement. Each week, Elsa guides you through progressive exercises that strengthen core muscles, improve posture, and promote mobility.

The sessions begin with bodyweight exercises to activate the muscles essential for support and stability, then gradually incorporate different accessories such as resistance bands or small weights to enrich the workout.

Accessible to all levels, the course takes place in a calm and supportive atmosphere, where everyone can progress at their own pace while taking a moment to move, breathe and take care of their body.
