Classical Dance Classes
Classical Dance is one of the foundational disciplines of dance. It is based on a precise vocabulary and demanding technique that develop posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Through work at the barre and then in the center, dancers learn to master their bodies while cultivating musicality and artistic expression.
Often associated with rigor, classical ballet is also an art of movement that seeks fluidity, lightness, and grace. By developing body awareness and precision of movement, it provides a solid foundation that allows everyone to fully explore their potential as a dancer.
